Machinery Forum Pty Ltd was founded in 1956 to supply advanced production equipment to the automotive, metal working, foundry and wire and cable industries in Australia.
Initially the equipment was sourced from West German manufacturers only but at a later stage other European and American manufacturers were added to the list of principals. In recent years some South East Asian manufacturers were added also to supply highly productive machines for the printed circuit board and electronics manufacturing industries.
There are offices in Melbourne and Sydney from where experienced staff support and maintain the varied installations ranging from small, specialised businesses, to large multinational enterprises.
In recent years much business was generated through the sales of high technology production equipment to the electronics and cable manufacturing industries. Other strong performers have been the sheet metal and wire working sectors with a number of new installations in Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne.
